Our Name

Leave a comment

When we started working on our idea to form a professional learning network, we had to think of a name. In June 2012, we set up an online poll and asked over 700 educators to vote and send us their suggestions. The following names were suggested during our brainstorming sessions.

* Adventure Share
* After Four Learners
* After the Bell
* Backyardigans
* Beyond Our Classroom <— The name we chose.
* Beyond School Boundaries
* Beyond the Bell
* Education after Four
* Educational Expedition for Educators
* Experiential Excellence
* Educators’ Experience
* Explore More
* Go and Tell
* Learning Action
* Learning After Four
* Learning Circle
* Learning Journey
* Real World Experience
* Teacher on the Street
* Teacher Trips
* The OutSiders
* Wonder Walkers
